It appears that there is a long standing issue related to the “Too Many Active Streams” error, specifically relating to users who use the “download” function and then attempt to stream. This seems to be related to downloaded files being counted as an active stream instead of a separate file related function. Since this has been a pervasive issue for years, can the Plex Dev’s please focus on fixing this ?
