Having the same issue as already mentioned with the back button but I’ve noticed another minor issue too. When you’re watching a video, the close button to the right of the player controls is missing its icon. Instead of the red cross it just looks like an empty checkbox. It still works to close the video, just a little irritating.

A solid rectangle is a STOP button. And that is what this button does.
The player closing is just a logical result from the playback stopping.
If that was the intention then I’d suggest to increase its size to match the other buttons. Previously it was a red cross, now it just looks like an empty check box with the cross missing.
While we’re on the subject, pressing ESC used to have the same result, now that keyboard shortcut doesn’t work (since a few releases actually)
Could you provide a screenshot? I am not sure anymore if we are talking about the same thing.
Sure, here you go, I’ve circled the bit I’m talking about. There used to be a red cross here (like a windows close decoration). When you hover over it the tool tip still says ‘close player’ so I’m not convinced it was intentional to turn it into a stop button. Granted the icon may be a little larger that previously, not sure of this, but it still looks smaller than the rest. Anyway, like I said, very minor issue, it just looks a bit strange to me.
