I am also tagging my music right now and it’s simply a very boring task that never seems to end.
For soundtracks I’d recommend you use “OST” or “Original Soundtrack” or something similar to tag as [albumartist] and the real artist in the regular [artist]. Do the rest of tagging as explained by JuiceWSA. Same folder stucture as above except that you use OST or Original Soundtrack as the artist foldername.
Add some hashes as sort title so it is organised first when you look at artists alphabetically.
Add a picture that says OST or original soundtrack. I made my own simply with paint. I’ll add it here if you want to use it.
This s how I do it. I’m not sure how others handle that. Chooce your method as you please.

Inspect the AlbumArtist and the AlbumTitle tags closely. They must match perfectly for all tracks of one Album.
Don’t forget to Plex Dance (minus step 4) after rectifying metatag issues.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you are getting the proper help to deal with and manage your disorder. I have many friends that suffer from depression from seasonal to major.

I’ve reviewed it many times I’ve even did a rewrite of tag info in the program and in plex
