Does anyone with Plex have an update on the Beta? I keep reading over and over about people that have applied for the beta ( including myself ) that have not heard anything. I have an amazon drive unlimited with my content on it. Just waiting like so many others. Is it close to release? How many more rounds of Beta’s? Do we have a prayer of getting in a beta or just waiting. Any updates would be nice.
Employees have stated over the last few days that they will be adding more people soon. The definition of soon, as we all know, depends on many things - compared to the existence of the universe itself “soon” is rather flexible. I’d personally peg it down to anything from within the next few days, to the next few weeks though.
Things are happening in the beta, it’s slow, but steady. Work is being done behind the scenes, though some major bugs still need ironing out.
As for the rest of your questions, yes, prayer is probably your best option because if there is one thing I have learned in this community that sometimes, it’s more likely to get direct answers from Him than from Plex employees 
I’m going to start praying here as well…
I registered for the beta the very first day, I have about 500 HD movies and thousands of TV episodes already uploaded to my ACD.

I got a text from Him that a Plex employee response here would be god… I mean good 
I totally understand the excitement around Plex Cloud, and I certainly would be blissfully impatient… dare I say lovestruck over the idea and what I could do with it. The wait would drive me nuts. I’m just as excited to get more people in the beta using it, tinkering, even breaking it so we can make it awesome by version 1. There’s more work to do in the beta before we can get there . We’ll be inviting more folks to join as we can, but as you can see we don’t want to rush it. This is like fermenting sourdough bread without a commercial yeast. Ok, I really know little about bread making but I’ll give this analogy a shot! From the little I do know, time is key and taking a thoughtful approach will give you something the big box store cheese can’t offer you.
