First off, i have been searching for an answer and a contact number for 3 months with NO luck. NONE of the questions on this forum answer my question. I cannot imagine that someone else has not had this issue. BUT, most annoying is when you pay for a service and you can’t even speak with a human. I find that poor business.
ANYWAY, I will take any help but would really like a human to assist but no customer service numbers exist for this company.
THE SITUATION: I have a plex pass, I have a apple tv, I use dropbox as my cloud service provided. I have tried EVERYTHING to access the movies successfully synced to my cloud server on my appletv (generation 4) app and it does not work, There is NO library (as stated in many forums) for Cloud Synced. Then when I turn my plex server off the app does not attempt to access anything, it just says that there is no server available. After paying for this service for 3 months and having no ability to use it I am getting a little frustrated. I have wasted a lot of time reading posts that do not address this issue and I would like to speak to a human. Please send me an email with a contact number so we can remedy this situation. However, if anyone has a clear and easy to follow answer (I am not a geek) please provide that in step by step form. Thank you for your time.
