Code 422, no remote access (while "Fully accessible outside your network")

After @chuckpa fixed the certificate issue new problem has appeared.

The behavior is following:

• Plex Server claims that “Fully accessible outside your network”
• The connectivity is confirmed via curl from external machines.
• Not a single remote device can actually connect.

The only odd thing I can see in the logs is following:

Please help, it has been many days without remote access.

A bit of an update:
The issue seems to come and go for the Android App and FireTV, while the browser app only works if I allow insecure connections (and sometimes that does not work).

I’ve forwarded all the information to both the Plex.tv and Server teams for them to review when in the office again Monday

Hi,

It seems that the issue is fixed for now, the remote access seems to be working.

I am still seeing 422 (when I apply remote access settings) but maybe it is a red herring?
