Hi! I suddenly have issues with my remote access since last night (~12 hours ago). I didn’t update anything or make any changes anywhere but my users can’t connect to it (I can connect within my network (e.g. on another desktop on the same network) but I can’t connect via Android or my users can’t connect via anything). I’ve attached my logs, anyone have any idea what can be causing this issue? For reference it’s a Windows 10 server, no VPN.
me pasa lo mismo y nose solucionarlo me dicen que active el debug y desactive el verbose reinicie el servidor y mande el registro pero no se lo que significa debug y verbose si me pueden ayudar lo agradeceria mucho
@ChuckPa Sorry to ping you but I’m still having this issue. It only seems to work if I disable secure connections. Any idea what can be causing it or if I can do anything on my end?

Im just so frustrated with Plex . Every update creates a new issue . Updates not showing now remote access issues . Is it a old version of Plex that just works I can use?
Thanks for those logs. It was very easy to find when PMS is quiet.

This line confirms Plex.tv can connect to your server. Any other issues with external players are the players themselves (they should probably be reinstalled and re-linked)

I do not know which modem/router you use nor do I know details of your networking.
One of two things must happen:
UPNP is enabled & you tell PMS to automatically select a port to use
You manually create the port forwarding rule in your modem router to the static IP of your Plex server. Emphasis here is forwarding the manual port to the static IP of your Plex server.
me puesto en contacto con mi compañia telefonica y me dijeron que tenia activado el UPNP, me lo han desactivado he reiniciado el servidor y sigue sin funcionar “No accesible fuera de su red” la chica me ha dicho que esta todo bien configurado… mi router es un livebox de jazztel y tengo 600mb de fibra simetrica
yo por ejemplo si inicio plex en un navegador funciona perfectamente pero si lo inicio en la app de la tv o de un dispositivo xbox me dice que el servidor esta desconectado y no puedo acerder al contenido y en dispositivos moviles igual
