Every time I play this type of file on my Apple TV with Plex it starts with just a black screen and nothing else happens, I have retrieved the codec information of the file (attached) would this be a video codec or audio codec problem?

I have downloaded another copy of the file in another format, and it plays fine, codec information (attached)
