Codecs download rate limit?

Hi, I can’t transcode some videos since a few weeks ago.

I checked the logs today and I have this response from plex servers when trying to download codecs :

<Response code="429" status="Limit of devices using codec exceeded"/>

I have one plex app in TrueNas Scale.

I do have a plex pass (lifetime).

Can someone help ?

The same thing happened to my Plex.
After my experiment, I found that removing some unused device records in Settings-Authorized Devices can solve this problem.
