Since a few days without any change in the settings the menu “Collection” of my Movies does not display any more by using the version “Windows native (not the Microsoft Store)”, I understood that it was necessary to reset the application but honestly it is painful, is there a less constraining solution or a patch in preparation?

Are you referring to a problem where your client will display the content of your regular library on the Collections tab (and the related solution to click Settings > Plex for Windows > Debugging > Restore Defaults)?
This will indeed reset the customizations of the client (but not your account or server!).
I’m not aware of another way to fix that glitch.
