Hello! For some reason I am only seeing Recommended and Library as my options in my Movies library. I have Collections enabled and have tried disabling and enabling again but it doesn’t change anything. Has anyone seen this before or know what might be causing it to not show? Thank you!
Alright well I am now seeing the Collections after I’ve gone through and added two movies to the same Collections tag but I recall this being done automatically in the past. Is there a reason why movies aren’t having the tags added to them?
I think collections data is determined by the COLLECTIONS tag in metadata (Click the pencil icon on the movie). Try doing a refresh metadata for the library, and see if it generates collection tags for your movies. If nothing shows up, check to make sure that COLLECTIONS tag field is not locked.
Also check just above in your screenshot, there is an entry related to collections that might be relevant. This lets you choose how many items of a collection you must have before it “collects” them into one for you. That way, if you have - for example - only one Indiana Jones movie, it won’t put that into a collection of one.
“Minimum automatic collection size” must be set to larger than 0 for any automatic collection to appear.
And if it is set rather high, you simply might not have enough movies to cross the threshold.
