No matter what I do I cannot get collections to work. Refreshing metadata does nothing. Please help.
I have tried several things in forums already - nothing has worked.
Edit your movie library,
go to the ‘Advanced’ tab.
What is selected for ‘Scanner’ and ‘Agent’?
On the same tab, further down, what is selected for “Minimum automatic collection size” (if present)?
Edit 3 movies which you are expecting to be in a collection together (they must be direct sequels or prequels of each other).
Go to the “Tags” tab of each movie and see if the “Collections” input field at the bottom has an orange “lock” engaged. If so, click on it to disengage the lock.
Then Save the changes.
