As the title states, all of my TV collections are failing to play. Movie library collections play just fine though, on all platforms I’ve tested.
To detail, I have 3 separate TV libraries in Plex. Regular TV Shows, TV Series based documentaries, and 4K TV Shows. I’ve tested with all 3 libraries, but none of the collections will play on certain platforms.
Platforms which gives issues are Chrome/Windows Plex App and NVidia Shield Pro (2019). The collections will play fine though from both Roku and iPhone iOS.
I’ve also tried creating new collections with just 1 or 2 TV Series with only less than 20 episodes in total, but it fails to play as well.
On Chrome/Windows App, the error states “An error occurred loading items to play.” On my Shield, I just get the infinitely loading orange circle.
I’ve already uninstalled/reinstalled Plex multiple times for other issues (which turned out to be a Plex release issue. See this original post of mine, linking to alpha testing - Plex Server hangs on database optimization)
I’m unsure the last time these have worked, as it’s been a long time since I’ve used collections (forgot they existed honestly xD). I will also attempt to play one and then capture my logs immediately after.
