I use my Windows 11 PC as a server to all the TVs in the house using WiFi. Today I noticed that when I click on the Collections tab for a library, it shows the same as the Library tab. I can’t access the collections. When I look at it from one of the TV’s (clients), they are visible so I don’t think they’ve been deleted. Anyone else seeing this? Any idea how to fix it?
Server settings -->Debug–>Restore Defaults
Had the same problem and was advised that’s how to fix it. It worked for me
You will just have to repin your libraries

Note, this just resets a web client’s UI settings. This will do no damage to your server itself, despite it hiding under the “Server Settings” debug menu.
Edit: Just checked, for me, it’s under “Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults”
Somehow, some people’s local cache of web settings break the Library view, so the “Collections” tab is the same as the main Library tab.
