Collections in Shared Libraries do not share

Server Version#: 4.147.1

I have configured collections across various libraries (movies, audiobooks, etc) and can use these without issue. However, these collections do not share to any other users. This includes both managed home users and external users to whom I have shared libraries.

I have found that I can push certain collections to the home page for managed users, but even then these collections don’t show up in their libraries.

Is this working as designed?

Are you sharing using labels? If so, you need to add that label to the collection too.

Same applies to age ratings.
If you have applied an age profile to these users, or have defined access limitations based on age ratings,
ensure that the collections have age ratings which are accessible to these users.
