Colored square top right of the screen

Hello,
 
I just received my new raspberry Pi 2 and I've installed Rasplex 5.1. Everything seems to works properly but I have a multicolored square on the top right corner on all screens and even in the movies :

Have you got an Idea, what it's due?

Thank you for your help, I just change the power cable.
 
Instead of connect via the USB port of the TV, I used my old AC adapter of my old Raspberry Pi 1 and everything now works correctly.
