I was wondering if there was the possibility to introduce functionality to remove commercials after the recording takes place?
The main reason I ask this is because I find in the UK, for quite a few channels the commercial skip will sometimes remove portions of the recording it shouldn’t. The ability to do this after the recording would be useful as it is less destructive then the current commercial removal functionality where the “full recording” is lost.
Maybe this functionality could be introduced into the “Optimise” feature where commercial removal is an extra option?
Was wondering if there is potential for this or if it is maybe already in the pipeline? I have done a search and can’t see other questions asking this.
