Commercial Skip Button not displaying

Do you have the option Skip Ads in Recorded Content (Plex Pass Required) option set to Manually?

That option should be available for the iOS and Roku clients – I suppose the web app should apply the default (=Manually skipping ads).

Player Experience

We have added a bunch of Player experience features available to Plex Pass subscribers. The account using the playback device must have a Plex Pass or be in a Plex Home where the home admin has a Plex Pass.
