I am forever getting "There was an error communicating with your Plex media server, make sure it's turned on and accessible and try again" I can browse the Movie folder and see all the metadata but when I start playing it, that's when the message appears, so I went to the Sever and it's running ok, I can even see the activity icon showing the movie I am trying to play. Restarting PMS sometimes works ok or I need to restart the whole system. I think 5% of the time it works fine but it getting rather frustrating now!! 

This is the only main issues I am having with Plex, otherwise I am pleased.

Same problem, only on 360 android,web etc all work fine.

Same problem for me. Is there any solution for this problem???

Its always cutting out when i’m using it but all other clients I can access plex from dont do this

That sounds like a different problem. Mine never cuts out because it has never worked at all.

I’m having the same problem. Mine is also happening on my Plex Visio. Everything is working fine via web client or android app.

everything is working ok now, I have stopped other devices doing a massive sync which is causing PMS to crash due to memory issues.
