there was an error communicating with your plex server with some movies

Hi all,

I have some trouble with Plex app in my Xbox 360.

It displayed this message with some movies “there was an error communicating with your Plex server with some movies”

I have 12 movies, all encoded with the same codec. But with some, when I want to view them, it shows me this message above.

I have everything well configured (server, app, …) My Plex server is located on LAN (192.168.. with 32400 opened)
Would someone have had the same concern and would have found a solution, apart from removing the movie that can not be read?
