New Plex Pass member, and trying the DVR setup. I have a PCTV 801e usb stick, which is listed in the community supported list, and I am running the driver listed. Plex identifies my tuner, but it shows as DiBcom BDA Digital Tuner (Dev1 Path1). I have NextPVR also, it this tuner is the cable tuner, not OTA, which is listed as DiBcom BDA Digital Tuner (Dev1 Path0) in NextPVR and works. If I select “Enable unsupported tuner”, I only see the cable option, and a scan comes back with “We need some more information before proceeding with the channel scan.” There is an input box on the screen, but no indication of what should go there. Any idea about how I can get this tuner to work? Why is Plex not finding my OTA tuner?
