How do I know what files Plex is scanning to look for media to upload. When I look at tutorials on-line the screen shots show a tab to view the location or change, mine does not have that
take a screenshot of what you do see.
if you go to app.plex.tv do you see the same thing.
or if you restart your browser
I see the same thing on the Mac App, the Browser App, when I refresh and using either Safari or Chrome. Very frustrating.
any reason you are staying on that old version of server?
the app at app.plex.tv is also newer than IP:32400/web that’s why i was asking if that one worked
That is the only one I saw to download? How do I get the newer version? Can I upgrade or would I have to erase and re-install.
Just download from our downloads page https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/ open the zip and replace the one in your applications folder just like any Mac app
My mistake for not mentioning in the first place. I have Plex installed on my “My Cloud Home NAS”.
