Good question... there is no limit by code/design.
Not sure how to put on a 2nd Apple TV?.
Just install the same certificate as you used on the first, then change the DNS to plexconnect and it will work.
The important part is to use the same certificate, otherwise you will need to update the certificate on the first ATV to the newly generated one

My personal favorite way on a atv2 since they are rare nowadays is to install plexconnect directly on the aTV. Plus I can spoof the ios to get most of the other apps. It does require jailbreaking it but with a little work you can have a dedicated plexconnect app, mobile Apple TV, and other jb apps like xbmc and couch surfer.
