Consistant Plex playback error live TV

Player Version#: 7.31.7.9854-92c538e56-Plex (Roku Ultra)

Server running on a Dell Precision 3450 Windows 11 Pro (all updates), i5-11500, 16GB.

HDHomeRun Quatro (HDHR5-US), firmware 20231214

Hard 1Gbit ethernet connection on all hardware.

When watching live TV I more often than not get a playback error at some point - typically within 5-20 minutes of starting the live stream.

My signal is good. I monitor the tuners with Plex Dash and see not significant drop in the signal when the playback error occurs.

I can also reproduce using the web version of the Plex client.

Not sure what to do next, but it’s getting irritating because it’s happening more often.

These logs are from the last failure - logs from both the server and the Roku client that experience the error. Gotta a be answer in there somewhere that someone can understand.

Think I’m seeing the same issue as well, I thought maybe it was had something to do with the seeing I have for automatically stopping playback if a user pauses playback for a certain amount of time, but didn’t look more into it because feels like the times don’t seem consistent enough, but then again :man_shrugging:

Also having this issue. Rebuilt server on a new dedicated machine and still having the same issue. Can’t duplicate it, just randomly seems to happen. (Used for about 2 years priori with no issues, just started in the last couple months.)
