I keep all TV shows, series in one folder. Originally I just added the individual shows to the folder. I hadn’t got many and I wasn’t sure how to put each series in their own folders. I’m now wanting to tidy up the folder and put each series on it’s own folder.
What’s the best way to do this? Just put them in their folders and rescan? Presumably I will have to empty trash at some point?
Wow! There’s some reading! 40 years ago I found it very easy to read and digest that sort of thing. Nowadays it takes a little longer. The ones that I have in sub-folders seem to have been recognised and work fine. So I’m thinking that I’m not far off.
I’m concerned with the ones that are not at the moment in their own sub-folder, which I want to place in a sub-folder. Plex has already recognised them and they work fine.
If I cut and paste them into their own sub-folder. Will I encounter any problems? Plex already has them individually.
You can see in the photo that I have placed the later ones straight into sub-folders, as I became a little more adept with Plex.
For some reason, Season 1 folder is only recognising 1 episode instead of 8. Earlier in the day it had picked up the correct total, but no images. I have just re-scanned all library files and it has “lost” 7 episodes, but found all the pictures.
#Does anybody have any idea what may be happening?
The numbers below the black arrows are the number of unwatched episodes. Did you watch the first 7 episodes? If not, go into the season and mark them unwatched.
