- Unusable app due to constant buffering
- Thread nearly 2 years old same issue exists
- Plex offering no support aside from a few throw-away comments
- Large number of Plex users using Xbox One client
- Many users paid up with lifetime passes
- Issue seems to go away, sometimes for even months at a time but comes back again
- Moussa from Plex seemed to be the only Plex employee showing any interest but now seems to have disappeared?
- If Plex can and will comment and that comment is that they cannot fix it for whatever reason a refund is due
