I have recently uploaded new Movies and TV Shows. After a few were added I noticed files after weren’t showing up even after trying to refresh multiple times. I logged out of the website and back in a few times, no change. Then went on my server, stopped Plex, verified I have current update on Plex and my Server then restarted the App. The Activity/Dashboard icon showed it was scanning files. Unfortunately it’s stuck in that activity. The Movies showed up but recent TV shows wont show up and I can’t edit any information. I keep getting an message saying “Your changes could not be saved”. I attempted to Stop the Scan through Settings but it’s not responding.
I had been able to play a movie on the App while adding files and logging in and off. When the movie was over I stopped the App on my Synology. I’m able to play TV Shows during this issue as well but still missing new shows added or ability’s to update file information.
Any ideas?
