Constantly getting "something went wrong, an unexpected error occurred" or "server settings unavailable"

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5282
Synology: DS415play

I am constantly getting these error messages and therefore can’t see the library or change any settings, etc, etc. Any ideas on how to resolve please? Happy to supply logs, etc but I really can’t add any more to describe this issue.

Edit: I’ve run a database optimisation but doesn’t seem to have helped. It did for a very short period, say about a minute or two but then the errors started occurring again…

Are you running DSM 6 or DSM 7?

Can you get me the logs ZIP file please ?

I’m running a few tests on the Syno as I’m sure it’s more of a local problem with the NAS rather than Plex itself. Once complete and still an issue, I’ll send you the logs. How should I send those zipped logs (use the upload facility here)?

Seems it was a package conflict on the NAS, hopefully, resolved now but I’ll continue to monitor…
