My server and it’s users are in the UK, and the movie libraries are set to UK content ratings. But for those movies where there is no UK content rating they automatically get the American equivalent instead. The issue here is that movies marked with the American U content rating do not appear for any restricted profile be it Young Kid, Older Kid or Teen.
You have a Plex Pass so you can use custom ratings restrictions for each managed user rather than the profiles
Set the restriction profile to None and it will show the fields for custom restrictions. when you click the field it will have drop down of all the ratings that are present in your movie libraries to select from. You can also use custom labels
You can ofcourse just edit the content rating on the films themselves like @trumpy81 mentioned above
