Hi,

I have two users, one admin, one restricted to “teen” content. The issue is that when browsing as the restricted user, I cannot see any “U” rated movies. The content accessed in the restricted account is the same as the admin account.

Documentation states:

Teen: allows all the ratings from the lower profiles as well as TV-13, PG-13, and equivalent ratings

I would also expect “teen” to include 15 rated movies.

Is it possible to include U and 15 rated movies using “Teen” profile?

It would be better, in my opinion, to use a numeric system for age, rather than aliases such as “Older kid” which is confusing to the user.

Ratings are done based on your location. Since you showed PG-13, I assume you are in the US. There is no “U” rating in the US system. The profile restrictions are a whitelist so “U” won’t be allowed. You’ll need to use a custom profile in this case and choose your own allowed or excluded ratings.
