Continious Plex(android) to Chromecast Cast Starting Issues

Player Version#: 8.13.2.23227 (android)

Issue: When I start Plex app from my phone, press cast button and immediately select video it doesn’t start running it on chromecast. Usually this can be resolved by stopping casting completely and starting it again. Also I have noticed that issue usually happens when chromecast has not loaded yet the plex video/tv page on TV, after it has loaded that it usually works without hazzle.

Issue is daily.
