why is there two of the same continue playing video showing ?!
Do you have two versions of that movie in two different libraries? e.g. a 3D and a non-3D version or something similar?
No, this has been happening for all my movies since the last update

actually yes I just noticed that, I have 3D versions of most my movie collection! how can I fix this or is this a known issue ?

It is my understanding that this is known, already.
Right now there is nothing you can do about it, except this:
Put all your 3D movies into a separate library and use “the other” metadata agent for it.
e.g. if your normal movie library uses ‘Plex Movie’ then the 3D library may use ‘TheMovieDatabase’
