Continue playing from Device Plex to Windows Plex App

As I’m jamming to a song in the car, I’d like to continue playing through the windows store app or vice-versa like Spotify does when I get back to my desk. I thought I saw this feature at one point? Maybe it was through the Plex-Web app? I use the Plex Windows Store App on my desktop and Android Plex Amp on my device.

You can “hand off” a playback session to another Plexamp client using the cast icon.
There’s no option to “pull” a queue from another client.
