Last week, I noticed that the continue watching section was missing my recently watched shows.
Checking with other users, no issues reported.
Rebooted the server didn’t seem to fix it, removed and readded my account, deleted the app, etc.
Checking if it was just my Apple TV , and found that in the browser and IOS app as well don’t work either for me.
It appears to be an issue with my account and the sever as my continue list from and plex server works as epxected. Looking for ideas on what to possibly try or what data I should look to collect to help troubleshoot.
Are the libraries where the CW content is from favorites/pinned to home screen?
If you go to an individual library do they show there?
Yes the library is pinned, tried to unpin and re pin without success.
If I go to the browse option it works without issues.
Also I don’t face the issue with the movies recommended section, the page loads as excepted.
Following up to see if you had any other recommendations?
I’m guessing possibly the database is corrupt. If you look at server logs and do a word search, look for “malformed” and/or “corrupt”. You could also temporarily restore a database backup
Yup meant to come back to say that db was the issue, rolled back and issue is no longer happening.
