I’m running Plex on macOS…
I have TV programs I’ve downloaded to my library, as well as their being on Plex streaming. I watch the downloaded version. The next time I go to watch, Plex “Continue Watching” sends me to the streaming version… Can you please fix this?
I’ve never seen it confirmed but it’s most likely designed like that so plex can get some ad revenue.
Your best option is to unpin the online plex stuff from the home hub or better yet disable it completely via your account settings. That way you can be certain your playing your content and not the plex version of it.

As for unpinning from the home hub, we DO watch some Plex streaming…. It’s not hard to go directly to my show in a library… just have to remember… and of course a bit annoying.
