Formerly when I watched something at a friend’s place or on a different streaming service, I would mark the episode as watched in Plex to make sure my Continue Watching stays up to date and ques up the next episode as the first item in Continue Watching.
Now, with the recent changes, there is no way for me to do this. Worse, if I watch episode 1 of a show at a friend’s place, and then mark episode 1 as watched on Plex at home, the show does not come up under Continue Watching at all. This is frustrating for me because I watch things using other means fairly frequently, but I want to be able to keep my Continue Watching up to date when I am home. I shouldn’t have to let an episode I have already seen elsewhere play on Plex in order to get the show into Continue Watching, and that is what I am now forced to do.
Can the team create a “add to Continue Watching” feature or something?
