Continue Watching includes shows that are marked as watched, across iPad and MacOS clients

Across two different playback devices, I’m finding that on all devices the “continue watching” often includes items that have actually been watched (typically started on one device and completed on another, all online and able to sync).

If it’s not just me, could I suggest this as a possible bug, where the logic could be updated to check the playback status of an item and removing from continue watching where it is marked as watched?
