Having issues streaming locally. Started recently happening. I can watch the network stop transferring right before the buffering starts. A restart of the local app on the Roku makes it come back for a short time.
Bump, still having issues. Moved Plex install from my unraid to a fresh ubuntu box. Still seeing a lot of buffering to my Roku.
You have no hardware transcoding support enabled.
That XEON CPU only has 6000 passmarks. It can’t handle HEVC
