I have bluray-MKV files and Just paid life time pass.

I made two LIBRARIES which are 01 UHD BLU-RAY and 02 FHD BLU-RAY.

But I couldn’t play on my smart TV and on chrome browser, even my galaxy phone.

Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install.
Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up.

What should I do?
