Hello, I am using PMS 1.13.0.5023 and everytime I try to play a file, I get the following error: “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.”
Any help is appreciated.

It appears your system (ubuntu docker x86_64 - build: linux-ubuntu-x86_64 ubuntu) is not able to find/use the proper codec for playback of an x264 file…

How can I enable/install this codec ? Isn’t it supposed to be packaged in the Docker image I am using (linuxserver/plex) ?
