Just today I went to sync a movie and it appeared to convert an entire movie in about 10 seconds. Obviously something wasn’t right. So I rebooted my server but it’s still doing it. Tried mutliple different movies on a few different clients and it does the same thing. Transcoding works fine for live streaming. Any ideas what’s going on? I’m running server version 1.1.0.2611 on Windows 10. It was working fine two nights ago and I haven’t changed anything on the server.
I turned on debug logging right before trying to sync a file. The result is below.
