Hello everyone
I am currently having an issue using the Sync feature. The process will start for a few seconds then it will come up with an error saying “The transcoder was unable to process this media.”
I have used Sync before on different TV shows for about the past 6 months or so without incident and is still working on other files without incident. It has only been happening for about about the past week or so but only on this TV show. The files were ripped from a DVD by me and I have remade another copy of the files but the problem still persists. The files will playback on both PC and mobile phone without incident
I have done research into this problem but the posts that I found were from 2015 & 2016 and were caused by using an external subtitle file. The subtitles in my files are within the files.
I have attached a copy of the log files as well.
The TV show in question is Marvel’s Special Agent Carter and I am trying to sync to an Andoid phone. The server is running Windows 10 Pro
