Server Version#: 1.13.2.5142

I am still using Server Version 1.13.2.5142 as if I update to the newer version the File Conversion doesn’t work.
Most of my films come in .mkv format and I use the file conversion utility to Optimize for TV.
The newer version of the Server (once installed) fail to convert for TV, nothing happens and I get a message saying that it’s failed.
If I then re-install version 1.13.2.5142 the Conversion works.
Am I the only person having this problem and is there a resolution available?
My desktop computer is running the most up to date version of windows 10.
