Conversion stuck 100% [Optimize] on NVidia Shield

I have an issue with the “Optimize” tool because almost all movies get stuck at 100% when I tried to optimize them. No error output is generated, but plex cannot finish the conversion process.

Does someone have a solution for this issue?
