Server Version#: 1.13.4.5271
I am trying to optimize a whole season of a series, everything works except for 3 files.
These files get stuck each on a different percentage. so file 1 stops at 39% file 2 at 85% etc. This is very repeatable.
I have tried to optimize it from both my NAS and from my desktop. Both run a separate server.
My NAS is a DS1515+ and uses 1.13.4.5271.
The conversion was set to original quality and to the same folder. The files I try to optimize are .mkv.
When the progress stops there is no error, the conversion, estimated time, and progress percentage stays the same. When I look with taskmanager the Plex transcoder uses 0% CPU.
Can anyone tell my why this happens?
I would also appreciate if someone could tell me how I might try to optimize the files outside of Plex as a workaround.
