Converting keeps failing!

Hi all,
I have latest server installed on Server 2016 Data Center and everything works fine apart from when I try to optimise a 4K file, all Im asking it to do is keep current quality and optimise it but it keeps getting around 30% done then failing with “unable to convert”

There is 1.7TB free on my main data drive and 200GB free on my OS SSD which is where my transcoding folder is kept ,

Anyone any ideas please?
