Ok, I understand bugs will always be there but whats not acceptable is bugs being introduced because of lack of testing and thought process. There have been tons of bugs being introduced because of just these two points.

And why o why can’t we have a public facing bugtracker or at least a forum sub-section just for reporting bugs.
