Another issue I’m seeing a lot is not finding subtitles at all. Been trying on this title for the last 3 days with no results. While the subtitles are clearly available Prisoners Subtitles | 281 Available subtitles | opensubtitles.com.
Solution: From what it seems is Plex is not using its own metadata but rather using the filename. As in this case it fails probably because of the typo in Prisioners.
Edit: Fixing the title in the search field does bring up the results.
Try it during off peak hours i.e. outside of 4pm-10pm US EST. That’s how I’ve been using it.
