Dead Men tell no tales - Video Shutters and out of sync

I just made an MKV file for Pirates of The Caribbean - Dead men tell no tales (4K). The movie plays fine on the VLC media player and the Plex player on my computer, but not on the Plex server, it skips and shutters like in slow motion and out of sync. I have encountered this twice with Plex, the first movie was Guardian of the Galaxy: Vol 2 and now Dead men tell no tales. I have more than 300 (4k) movies and they all play fine using apple TV

Try a dedicated Player App instead of Plexweb.

4K won’t work in your Browser (Plexweb):

PfW looks so much like Plexweb you won’t know the difference - but make sure you know the difference 'cause PfW will probably work.

I have more than 1500 movies that work, including 350+ 4k. I’m asking about this particular movie.

Then you should post up some details about this particular movie that doesn’t work along with the details of one that does:
