and since people update as a “choice” and not a forced update - you have no real statistics to how widespread the issue is as people ONLY find out when they install an update. So you can’t tell me if it is 1% or 99%…
Please roll this back - I can no longer use Plex with this latest update.
As of 1.20.2, it no longer attempts to create the share.
It will only use the PlexData share IF it is found AND not disabled.
Please read the FAQ
The share has ZERO impact on PMS operation. Never did.
Same here. I can no longer access PMS after updating to 1.20.2.3402-0fec14d92, even after a manual restart of the service.
Are you discussing the PlexData share or is this an entirely different problem?
Please open new issues in appropriate new threads.
